Prior to joining Venture Pacific Jason Lipovsky was employed by US Bank as a commercial underwriter. US Bank is one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. There Jason was responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of the commercial acquisition and refinancing transactions. During his three year tenure he was exposed to a plethora of property types that include industrial, office, retail and some single use properties such as gas stations, hotels and bowling alleys. Given the wide array of property types analysis and high volume production of US Bank, Jason has a very strong understanding of debt markets, transactional structure and various property valuation skills that set him apart from traditional brokers in the industry.
At Venture Pacific, Jason manages the daily operation of the brokerage and has been involved in over $260,000,000 in transaction volume. His client list in dispositions and leasing transactions set him apart with representation of Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, ESW and many more. The skill set to develop the ability to foresee problems with financing and credit quality gives Jason the ability to pre-screen each and every property and client to ensure a seamless transaction.
