Building A would house 21 dwelling units, including two one-bedroom\/one-bath, 14 two-bedroom\/ one-bath and five three-bedroom\/two-bath units, as well as the laundromat and administration offices. Building B would house 21 dwelling units, including 15 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom units.
